Processing Times
We offer two types of order fulfillment depending on the product:
- Ready Stock Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. These items are pre-made and ready to go.
- Made-to-Order Items: Custom and made-to-order pieces take 3–5 weeks to craft. Each piece is handmade specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Free shipping is available on all orders over $200.
US & Canada — No Tariffs
Orders shipped to the United States and Canada are delivered with no additional tariffs, customs fees, or import duties. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. For international orders outside the US and Canada, please be aware that customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply based on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
14-Day Return Window
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable
- Sale items are final sale unless defective
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at shopicedoutmafia@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item(s)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at shopicedoutmafia@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The same return conditions apply. If the exchanged item has a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
