At Iced Out Mafia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This gives you time to inspect your jewelry and decide if it's right for you. Returns requested after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

Unworn & Unused: The item must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, certification cards, and tags
Same Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Since these pieces are crafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged
Sale / Final Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or marked as final sale are non-refundable unless defective
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email us at shopicedoutmafia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return, and photos of the item(s) in their current condition
Wait for approval — our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a shipping address
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit, so please use a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to product availability. To request an exchange:

Specify the item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like to exchange it for
We will confirm availability and provide exchange instructions

If the new item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly. The same return conditions apply to exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at shopicedoutmafia@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Please note that our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing defects, stone fallout, and tarnishing under normal wear. If your piece develops an issue after the 14-day return window, contact us and we'll take care of it under our guarantee.
